Each property had around 3500sqft of accommodation which was finished to the highest of standards with features such as a luxurious master bedroom suite, four bathrooms, study/office, double garage and large secluded gardens.
This is an established Calmez developer client who has an excellent track record of successful projects and on this occassion we provided £275,000 of mezzanine funds for an agreed period of 17 months. Both properties were sold off-plan ahead of completion which reflected the outstanding location and quality of the project.
