Bridging Loans from £100,000 to £1,000,000

Bridge Funding Loan Period  from 3 months – 12 months

Loans will be typically up to 80% LTV

100% LTV available provided additional property security is made available

Interest from 1% to 2.5% pcm

Arrangement fee 1%

The borrower’s exit strategy needs to be clearly defined

Loans can be made available within 10 working days

Professional fees e.g. legals, valuations to be paid by the borrower.  These should not exceed 2.5% of the total loan

OUR AIM IS TO ASSIST INVESTORS / DEVELOPERS WITH FUNDING IN THE SHORT TERM, WHILST THEY WAIT FOR FUNDING FROM CONVENTIONAL BANK SOURCES AND / OR THE SALE OF THE ASSETS.
