Calmez was formed in 2006 by a small team of experienced property developers and financiers with a view to providing mezzanine funding to progressive local developers and builders. More recently we have started offering short term bridge funding.

We have development loans that are designed for developers who do not have sufficient equity to enable them to move on to a second development site while still completing their current work program.
